Our Policies:

• The session fee of $50 is paid at the time your appointment is scheduled,  and guarantees your time with Renee & “Company”.  The fee is payment for the time it takes to create the portrait, edit and prep your images for viewing and includes your preview appointment.  The session fee is non-refundable. 
• We require a 48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.  Exceptions are made for sudden onset illness or emergencies.
• All images from your session can be previewed on-line at ReneeCoPhotography.com and can be ordered on-line for your convenience.  However, if time permits,  we recommend that you place your order during a preview session in-which you can see how each portrait will crop and can discuss various finishes for your portrait.
• You may also choose to purchase a proof set for $75.  The set includes printed pictures (40-60) of your session in either 4x5, 5x5 or 4x6.  No logo’s are on the proof sets, and many clients choose to frame and display them.
• Due to the custom nature of your portrait order, the balance is due at the time your order is placed.
• Every portrait is individually retouched and is custom printed by expert professionals in the photographic industry to ensure the highest quality.  Prints, albums, frame orders and any of our special custom products are finished with great care and attention to detail.  All print orders are estimated to be completed within 2-3 weeks.
• Understand Renee & “Company” holds the copyright of all images and they cannot be scanned, copied or duplicated in any form.  Per your request, images will be released to be placed on social medial with appropriate studio logo.
• Renee & “Company” Photography will notify you when proofs are ready to be picked up or when proofs are available for viewing on our web site at ReneeCoPhotography.com.
• Clients, who place their order 7 days or less from the time that proofs are available, will receive 1 free 8x10.
• Initial order must be placed within one (1) month of viewing proofs.
• All orders are subject to KY Sales Tax and Shipping Fees.

Premium Quality Photo Books

Photo books come in various sizes, styles, etc... and will be detailed with the assistance of the customer. Books are hand-crafted with much care and attention to detail and are printed on the highest quality paper. All books arrive in a protective keepsake box. Books consist of 16 pages.  Additional "spreads" (2 pages) can be added for $15. per spread.  Standard sized books are as follows:
